Standard Fees

Sessions are a full 60 minutes or 90 minutes. I recommend 90 minutes for two people attending together to avoid feeling rushed.

For individuals, standard pricing for sessions start at $120. For two or three people attending together, standard pricing starts at $150.

Accessing more affordable therapy

I reserve some sliding scale spaces on my client list. These range from $60 to $100 for a 60 minute session. If cost is preventing you from accessing therapy, please read the Green Bottle Guide and get in touch to discuss.

Through the Association of Cooperative Couselling Therapists of Canada, my services are also covered by some insurance companies, though not all.

The following companies have agreements to provide coverage for RTCs in some or all cases: Alberta Blue Cross; The Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan; ClaimSecure; Equitable Life of Canada; Green Shield Canada; iA Financial Group; Manitoba Blue Cross; Pacific Blue Cross; Sun Life; Victor Insurance; ComPsych; and ICBC. Canada Life and ManuLife do not have an official agreement with ACCT, however they appear to review claims on a case by case basis. Please reach out if you have specific questions about your coverage.

Making your payments

My calendar and billing are done through the Expressive Wellness Jane app. Payment can be made with a credit card through the app (automatic billing is available), or by e-transfer.

Insurance billing

Unfortunately, I am not able to do direct billing to insurance companies. You will need to submit your receipt of payment to receive reimbursement.

Understanding the sliding scale

I offer a few sliding scale spots. I know it can sometimes be hard to ask for this rate. Cancellation policy

Please do your best to cancel or reschedule with 48 hours notice. This allows me to offer the space to others. The full fee for your session may apply for late cancellations or no shows, with the exception of an emergency.
